1. What Stay48 Is (and Isn’t)

Stay48 provides curated travel content, including 48-hour itineraries, recommendations, guides, and related editorial material.

  • All content is informational only.
  • We are not a booking service, travel agent, tour operator, or concierge.
  • We do not guarantee availability, pricing, quality, safety, or suitability of any place mentioned.

Travel is unpredictable. Use judgment. Verify details. Don’t sue us because a restaurant closed early or a bar disappointed you.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or republish content without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we believe someone is abusing the Site or acting in bad faith.

In short: enjoy it, don’t steal it.

We are not responsible for:

Once you leave Stay48, you’re on someone else’s turf.
